Hair Surgery with FUE technique

FUE disadvantages:

+ The donor area should be thoroughly shaved.
+ Minor performance of extracted FUs that still persist between 5% to 10% of partial or total follicular transection (UF extracted without follicles or some of them may turn into fewer hair transplant).
+ Low UF survival rate of transplant as a result of dermoadiposo tearing of surrounding tissue is a very important part of the normal structure necessary for the revascularization process in the receiving area and / or obtaining UF with little perifollicular skeletal tissue that results in a lower degree of hair growth (Approximately 5% to 10%).
+ Loss of natural architecture of the donor area by small pinpoint scar fibrosis due to direct extraction of thousands of UF that distort the donor tissue by decreasing and compromising it for future FUE proceedings.
+ Mottled appearance or Micropunch of the donor area with thousands of circular scars hypopigmented (whitish), if there have been larger sessions (or larger caliber instrument has been used) with FUE, often appreciable with shaved or short hair (UF extractions are bigger than 10% per cm2).

+ Possibility of cystic formations in the donor area because some UF can escape inwardly being retained within the scalp skin

+ Increased number of sessions for good results that can last 2 or 3 days.

+ More laborious for the surgeon.
