Gynecomastia is a common aesthetic problem among the male population, which affects an estimated 40-60% of men. What causes this is the excess of breast or adipose tissue, which can affect one or both breasts. Intervention consists mainly of removing fat and glandular breast tissue; sometimes also excess skin is removed in order to achieve a firm, flat, well-defined chest. Both nipples correction and gynecomastia can be performed in the same intervention, depending on the case.
